Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to Spain, the rest of the European Union and selected countries worldwide. Available destinations and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Processing can take longer during busy periods or when stock is limited.

Delivery times
Our products are supplied by third-party partners, and most orders are shipped from outside the European Union. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks from order confirmation, to all destinations. The estimate is also shown at checkout.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your purchase, contact us at ascend.fitness06@gmail.com. We will investigate, and if we cannot deliver your order you can cancel it and we will refund you in full.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination and the items in your cart, and are always shown before you complete your purchase. Some items and orders above a minimum value qualify for free shipping.

Order tracking
When your order is dispatched we will email you a tracking number. Tracking updates can take a few days to appear.

Several parcels
Items in the same order may be sent separately and arrive on different days.

Customs and import charges
Prices include applicable VAT. If import VAT or customs duties apply to your order, we will tell you before you complete your purchase.

Incorrect addresses and delivery problems
Please check your delivery address carefully before you pay. If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, email ascend.fitness06@gmail.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. Your legal rights regarding delivery and non-delivery are not affected.
